How does Visit Hartbees make money?
We earn a commission on confirmed bookings — the rate is agreed upfront and clearly shown in your partner agreement. There is no fee to enquire or list, and no monthly subscription. You only pay when a booking comes in.
Is there a cost to list my business?
No. Creating your listing and appearing on Visit Hartbees is free. We charge a commission on confirmed bookings only. The commission rate is disclosed in full in your partner agreement before you sign.
How do payouts work?
Once a booking is confirmed and completed, your earnings appear in your partner dashboard with a full booking-level breakdown. You choose whether to receive payouts weekly or monthly, via EFT directly to your South African bank account.
How long does approval take?
After you send an enquiry, an administrator will contact you about fit, requirements, and timing. Only the admin team can create a partner application or publish a listing.
What types of businesses can list?
Visit Hartbees supports accommodation (guesthouses, lodges, self-catering, camping), restaurants and dining experiences, activities and things to do, conference and function venues, events and experiences, and car or transport rentals. If your offering spans more than one category, our team will help you map it correctly during onboarding.
